1. Who Operates Sourcy
Sourcy is operated by Execuwear Pty Ltd (ABN 44 680 783 126), an Australian company. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in this disclosure mean Execuwear Pty Ltd.
2. Purpose of AI in Sourcy
Sourcy uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) to assist users with sourcing and procurement workflows. AI features are designed to support productivity and decision-making, not to replace professional judgment.
3. Where AI Is Used
- Drafting RFQs, emails, and supplier communications
- Summarising supplier quotes, orders, and notes
- Assisting with product specifications and comparisons
- Highlighting inconsistencies or missing information
- Providing workflow suggestions and prompts
4. AI Limitations
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or contextually inappropriate. AI does not understand your full business situation, supplier relationships, contractual obligations, or legal requirements.
You must independently review and verify AI outputs before relying on them.
5. No Professional Advice
AI features in Sourcy do not provide legal, financial, tax, customs, export control, or regulatory advice. Sourcy is a business productivity tool only.
6. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- How AI-generated content is used or shared
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Verifying accuracy before making business decisions
7. Inputs and Data Handling
AI features may process information you submit, such as prompts or text inputs, in order to generate responses. You should not submit passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal data, or confidential third-party information unless you have the legal right to do so.
