Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for using Sourcy responsibly, safely, and legally.

1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains what is allowed and not allowed when using the Sourcy app and related services (the “Service”). By using Sourcy, you agree to follow this AUP.
2. You Must Use Sourcy Lawfully
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations (including import/export, sanctions, customs, consumer protection, privacy, and intellectual property laws).
3. Prohibited Activities
You must not, and must not attempt to:
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others.
- Upload or share content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or impersonates another person or business.
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or automate messaging in a way that disrupts others.
- Upload malware or attempt to compromise the Service, infrastructure, or users.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system related to the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or networks.
- Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or extract source code or data from the Service except where permitted by law.
- Use the Service to infringe intellectual property (including trademarks, copyrighted materials, or designs).
- Use the Service to facilitate prohibited or regulated goods in a way that violates laws or platform policies.
4. AI Features
Sourcy includes AI-powered features. You agree not to use AI tools to generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that violates others’ rights.
You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for business decisions, communications, or contracts.
5. User Content and Business Data
You are responsible for any information you store, upload, or share through Sourcy, including supplier records, product specs, pricing, and communications. Do not upload information you do not have the right to use or share.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may:
- Warn you and request corrective action
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service
- Remove or limit access to content
- Report activity to law enforcement or regulators when required
7. Reporting Abuse
If you believe someone is misusing Sourcy, contact us at support@zhujianger.com. Include as much detail as possible (screenshots, timestamps, and account email if known).
