Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your Sourcy account and data.

1. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion, email us from the email address associated with your Sourcy account:

Include your name (if used), your account email, and a short message confirming you want your account and associated data deleted.

2. What We Delete

When your request is verified, we delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including:

  • Account identifiers (such as email and user profile info)
  • Supplier, product, order, shipment, and sales records stored in your account
  • Saved notes and attachments stored within your account (if applicable)

3. What We May Retain

We may retain limited information where required by law, needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance. Any retained information will be restricted and kept only as long as necessary.

4. Verification

To protect your account, we may ask you to verify ownership before deletion (for example, by replying from your registered email address or confirming account details).

5. Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe. Some data may remain in backups for a limited period, but will not be used for active processing.

6. Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel app store subscriptions. You must cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
