Subscription Terms
These terms explain how Sourcy subscriptions, billing, and renewals work.

1. Subscription Plans
Sourcy offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans unlock additional features such as unlimited suppliers, advanced AI tools, and analytics. Plan details and pricing are displayed at the point of purchase.
2. Billing & Payment
Payments are charged to your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play) at confirmation of purchase. We do not directly process or store your payment information.
3. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
4. Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device’s app store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
5. Free Trials (If Offered)
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled by the applicable app store in accordance with their policies. Sourcy does not issue refunds directly.
7. Price Changes
Subscription prices may change. If required by law or app store policy, you will be notified in advance and asked to consent to the new price.
8. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to paid features if a subscription expires, is canceled, or if there is misuse of the Service.
9. Relationship to Other Terms
These Subscription Terms are part of the Sourcy Terms of Service and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
