End User License Agreement (EULA)
This EULA governs your use of the Sourcy application.

1. License Grant
Sourcy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Sourcy application for your internal business purposes, in accordance with this EULA.
2. License Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the app.
- You may not use the app for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
3. Ownership
The Sourcy app, including all intellectual property rights, is owned by Zhujianger or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you ownership rights in the app.
4. Updates & Availability
We may provide updates, enhancements, or modifications to the app from time to time. We do not guarantee that any specific features will remain available.
5. AI Features Disclaimer
Sourcy includes AI-powered features. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and assistance purposes only and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this EULA immediately if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the app.
7. No Warranty
The Sourcy app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sourcy and Zhujianger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
